The Devil Hates You
Understanding the Adversary of Your Soul

Satan doesn’t want your money.
He doesn’t care about your career.
He’s not after your comfort, your clout, or your reputation.
He wants you dead.
Broken.
Severed from your Creator.
Forever.
And if he can’t kill you, he’ll corrupt you.
And if he can’t corrupt you, he’ll accuse you.
Because the devil doesn’t just oppose humanity.
He hates it.
With a hatred so ancient, so deep, and so relentless —
most people don’t even realize what they’re up against.

Why Does Satan Hate Humans So Much?
Because we were made in the image of the One who cast him down.
Before you were born…
Before the Garden…
Before Adam even took a breath…
Satan had already lost everything.
“Thou wast perfect in thy ways… till iniquity was found in thee.”
— Ezekiel 28:15
Pride was his ruin.
Worship was his obsession.
And when God made man in His image — with dominion, creativity, and the ability to walk with God —
Satan’s hatred ignited.
You are a reminder of everything he lost.
You get to repent.
He doesn’t.
You get grace.
He won’t.
And one day, you will judge angels — including him (1 Corinthians 6:3).
That’s why his rage is personal.
That’s why the war is spiritual.
And that’s why he won’t stop.

He Doesn’t Tempt You Because He Loves Sin
He Tempts You Because He Hates You
Every lie he whispers is bait.
He tells you God is holding out on you
He tells you you’re beyond saving
He tells you you’re worthless
He tells you sin is freedom
But all of it is designed to do one thing:
Drag you to the same fate he knows is coming.
“The devil… was a murderer from the beginning.” (John 8:44)
He doesn’t sin for pleasure.
He sins to poison.
He destroys marriages, families, callings — not to enjoy them ruined, but to see God grieved.
He wants to ruin what God loves.
And God loves you.

The Devil’s War Is Not Against God — It’s Against You
He can’t hurt God.
He tried.
He fell.
So now, he does the next best thing:
He goes after the children.
“Woe to the inhabiters of the earth… for the devil is come down unto you, having great wrath…”
— Revelation 12:12
Satan isn’t just working to keep unbelievers blind.
He’s working to wear out the saints (Daniel 7:25).
He wants believers burnt out.
Worn down.
Isolated.
Ashamed.
Silent.
Because a Christian with authority is a threat.
And a Christian with clarity is a terror.

But He’s Not Equal to God — Not Even Close
This war is real — but it’s not even.
God is infinite.
Satan is created.
God speaks — and universes form.
Satan speaks — and lies fall apart under truth.
And though Satan prowls…
he’s on a leash.
He cannot touch God’s people without permission (Job 1:12).
He cannot possess a believer filled with the Spirit (1 John 4:4).
He cannot stop the gospel from spreading.
But he’ll try.
He’ll accuse.
He’ll distract.
He’ll seduce.
He’ll mock.
Because if he can’t have your soul, he’ll try to ruin your witness.

The Final Destination: What Satan Wants for You
Hell is not just torment.
It’s not just fire.
It’s not just weeping and gnashing of teeth.
Hell is complete separation from God.
No light.
No mercy.
No second chances.
No presence of the Holy Spirit.
That’s what Satan wants for you.
Because that’s what’s reserved for him.
“Depart from me… into everlasting fire, prepared for the devil and his angels.”
— Matthew 25:41
Hell was never meant for you.
But if you follow the one who fell…
you follow him into the place where God is not.
And that — not the flames — is the most terrifying part of it all.

Why You Need to Know This Now
You were born into a war.
A war you didn’t start.
But one you were meant to finish.
You are not Satan’s equal.
But you are not powerless.
You have the blood.
You have the Word.
You have the armor.
And when you know your enemy —
You stop playing with sin.
You stop flirting with compromise.
You stop wondering why life is so hard and start realizing:
The enemy fears who you might become if you ever fully submitted.
The devil hates you — not because of your past,
but because of your potential in Christ.
And hell isn’t just pain — it’s being completely cut off
from the only One who ever loved you.
I comment often to spread the Truth and Word of God.
Satan was attacking me. I cried out, “please surround me with Your protection, Your angels, if this is what You want of me!”
He did. Satan’s minions still tempt, seeking a crack in the full armor of God, but they don’t get far. (Ephesians 6: 10-20 …put on the armor of God). God isn’t just faithful, He delivers.
Please don’t just read Doc’s words, act on them, for they are the gift we need to move Heaven to steal Satan’s thunder and hatred and destruction of us all.
